Palumbo Property Developer Website

A modern headless website for one of Adelaide's longest-running property developers — 14 custom components, a fully managed Sanity CMS, and a 4-week delivery from kickoff to go-live.

Design UX Research Code

Palumbo has been shaping Adelaide’s built environment for over 60 years. With a growing portfolio spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure, they needed a website that could keep pace.

Palumbo’s existing web presence didn’t reflect the scale or ambition of their portfolio. With major developments across Adelaide CBD and beyond, they needed a platform that could grow with them — one that was easy to manage internally without relying on a developer for every update.

My role

  • UX Design Lead — information architecture, wireframes, and user flows for investors, partners, and the community.
  • UI Design Lead — clean, confident visual design that reflects Palumbo’s six-decade reputation.
  • Design Systems — 14 custom Figma components tied to the production codebase.
  • Development — Next.js build, Sanity CMS implementation.

Design

Following the brand strategy work by WO Advertising, the goal was clear — Palumbo needed a digital home that could match the scale of their portfolio and put content control firmly in their hands.

The site was designed in close collaboration with the Palumbo team, reflecting their reputation: clean, confident, and built to last.
